For Physicians
HHM welcomes physicians who are interested in supporting students through educational conversations and mentorship. Participation is flexible and designed to respect the busy schedules of medical professionals. There is no long-term commitment required. Physicians can fill the physician mentorship interest form to join the program and become part of the HHM network for a time of their choosing. They will be paired with one of our motivated and interested students, and physicians can choose to participate in an interview with the founders to be on the HHM podcast, allow students to shadow them, or both.
Physician Interest
Physicians may choose to participate in in-person career talks, panel discussions, or general mentorship conversations. These interactions allow students to learn about healthcare careers, training pathways, and real-world experiences directly from professionals in the field. All HHM activities are educational and mentorship-based. HHM does not provide medical care, clinical training, or hands-on patient involvement. Upon further contact with physicians, HHM will provide waivers of liability to students specified to the physician's practice. Students are selected through an application process and are expected to follow professionalism and confidentiality guidelines. Parent or guardian consent is required for all students. Physicians interested in becoming involved are encouraged to complete the mentor interest form. A member of the HHM team will follow up with additional information and next steps.
